1. The Service
Adsense for Discord is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you schedule and broadcast messages to Discord channels and servers using your own Discord bot, with content moderation, rate limiting, analytics, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid features.
2. Eligibility & your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, whichever is higher) and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials, API keys, and bot tokens secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myadsense.xyz if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Among other things, you may not use the Service to send spam, illegal, deceptive, or abusive content, or to evade Discord's rate limits or terms.
4. Discord & third-party compliance
- The Service posts using your own Discord bot token. You are solely responsible for your bot, its permissions, and the content it posts.
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms at all times. You may not use the Service to automate a personal Discord user account ("self-botting").
- Adsense for Discord is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
5. Plans, billing & renewals
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or, where offered, annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude taxes unless stated. We may change prices with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade paid features until payment is resolved.
6. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused message quota, or downgrades. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@myadsense.xyz.
7. Usage limits & fair use
Each plan includes limits (e.g. servers, channels, messages per month, minimum posting interval). "Unlimited" features are subject to fair use to protect the Service and other customers, and to comply with Discord's rate limits. We may apply reasonable technical limits and contact you if your usage is abnormal or abusive.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the templates, messages, and other content you create or post through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any law.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Discord, Stripe (payments), and Supabase (authentication and database). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for outages or changes they make.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service or third parties. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that messages will be delivered, or that it will prevent your Discord account or bot from being rate-limited, restricted, or banned. You use the Service at your own risk.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50 if you are on the free plan.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adsense for Discord and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your bots, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia for any dispute not subject to mandatory arbitration or small-claims rules.
