1. Who this applies to
This AUP applies to everyone who uses the Service — account owners, team members, and anyone acting on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, your bots, and your connected Discord servers.
2. Discord compliance
The Service is built to be used the compliant way. You must, at all times, comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms & Policies. In particular:
- Use a real bot account. You may only connect official Discord bot tokens that you are authorized to use.
- No self-botting. You must never connect a user account token or automate a personal Discord account. This is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination.
- Post only where permitted. Only send messages to servers and channels where you have permission to post and where automated posting is allowed by the server's rules and owners.
- Respect Discord's rate limits and API rules. Do not attempt to use the Service to evade them.

3. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create, schedule, broadcast, or store content that:
- Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploits or endangers children.
- Harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group.
- Promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
- Contains malware, phishing, scams, fraudulent offers, or deceptive "get rich quick" schemes.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Distributes another person's private or personal information without consent (doxxing).
- Promotes regulated goods or services unlawfully (e.g. illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods).
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Send spam — unsolicited, repetitive, or bulk messages to servers, channels, or users who have not agreed to receive them.
- Send mass unsolicited direct messages (DMs).
- Attempt to circumvent, evade, or game Discord rate limits, our moderation, or your plan's usage limits — including by creating multiple accounts.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service attempts).
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures, without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by the Terms.
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Anti-spam & consent
Only post where you have a genuine reason and appropriate permission. Use scheduling and broadcasting features responsibly: target relevant audiences, honor opt-outs, and do not flood servers. Our built-in moderation and rate-limiting exist to help you stay compliant — they are a safeguard, not a license to push the limits.
6. Account & security
Keep your credentials and bot tokens secure. Do not share your account, and notify us promptly at support@myadsense.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
7. Fair use & limits
Each plan includes usage limits (such as numbers of bots, servers, scheduled posts, and log retention). You must stay within your plan's limits and must not artificially split usage across accounts to avoid them. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the Service and other users.
8. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may — with or without notice, depending on severity — issue a warning, throttle or restrict your usage, remove content, suspend, or terminate your account. Serious violations (such as illegal content, self-botting, or abuse that puts others at risk) may result in immediate termination without refund. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
9. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing the Service, please report it to support@myadsense.xyz with as much detail as possible. We investigate credible reports and take appropriate action.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes take effect as described in our Terms of Service.
